WATCH WARRANTY

Every watch sold on our website is covered by Watch Depot NZ’s service warranty for a period of 1 year from purchase date. Any issues with your watch will be covered by our Standard Service Warranty and is warranted to be free from defects of quality of time including free battery replacement for a period of 1 year.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

• Watch Case, Bracelet, Straps, Crown, Crystal/Glass & Other Embellishments
• Damages due to improper use
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Water Damage by not following Manufacturer’s water resistance limit

 

HOW TO REQUEST FOR A WARRANTY SERVICE?

Please email support@watchdepot.co.nz stating your Order Number and further instructions will be emailed back by our Team.

 

JEWELLERY, SUNGLASSES, HAIR ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

• We do not offer warranty on any jewellery or hair accessories sold. Please check our Returns Policy page for more info.
• We offer 3-months warranty on Branded sunglasses sold. We only cover design defects and will not cover any damages due to improper use and daily wear and tear.

PRICING

Pricing by default are in New Zealand Dollar (NZ$). Most of our products are sold at a discount and the Retail Price indicated on our website are based on the SRP provided by our suppliers or sources overseas  which maybe different from the current SRP in New Zealand or your country of location.
